Ingredients:
4 chiles pasilla
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons fine vinegar
50 grs. of crumbled aged cheese
1 teaspoon crumbled oregano
Salt.
Process:
In the vegetable oil the chiles are browned.
The seeds are stripped and stripped off.
They are cut into small pieces and mixed with olive oil, oregano and salt.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve in a saucepan.
