1/2 liter of milk
1/2 liter of chicken consomme
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon flour
800 gr. of sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 or 2 dried tree chilies
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the pot over medium heat for 3 minutes. Melt
butter and sauté the onion (30 seconds) and the garlic (30
seconds). Add the flour while stirring, until golden.
Add the mushrooms (2 min.), Salt and pepper to taste.
Add broth, milk and parsley. let it boil . Add the chiles
whole, correct the seasoning and serve
